Golden Fleece – Olga De Amaral, Works in Wool and Gold Threads

The studio created a dynamic space with warm colors. The works themselves were hung close to each other and were accentuated not only by way of colors in the space, but also by use of light.
De Amaral's works are inspired by the landscape and view of her home country and her ancient culture. She works with linen and cotton threads that are intertwined to create planes. De Amaral's art is renowned internationally and some of her works can be found in the collections of The Metropolitan Museum in New York and at the Institute of Art in Chicago.
